These Terms and Conditions (T&C) contain the terms of use of OGYP.hu (hereinafter: „Website”).

Services of the Website
OGYP.hu is a nationwide pharmacy search database where service providers can appear free of charge .
The purpose of the Website:
- collecting pharmacies
- publishing and categorizing their data
- informing users
The Website itself is not a healthcare service and does not mediate between parties.
Method and conditions of listing
1. Free listing
Creation and display of service providers' profile pages is free of charge.
2. Annual data verification – mandatory administrative fee
The condition for active listing on the Website is the annual verification and approval of data.
The annual data verification includes:
- updating data
- verifying contact details
- checking opening hours
- deleting incorrect, outdated information
- system administration work
The amount of the annual data verification fee:
HUF 10,000
The fee is not a purchase of services, but an administrative cost related to the maintenance of the Website's database.
Those who do not undertake the annual data verification cannot keep their profile page in a fully valid and reliable status.
Restriction and deactivation
If the annual data verification and the administrative fee are not fulfilled, the following steps will be taken:
1. Restriction
The service provider's profile page:
- appears without contact details (phone, email, address removed)
- its description is partially visible, obscured
- „receives the ”Unverified profile" label
- verified service providers are displayed prominently on the same page
The purpose of the restriction is to preserve the prestige of the site and the trust of visitors.
2. Deactivation
If the service provider does not perform the verification for an extended period:
- its profile page becomes inactive
- it does not appear in the search engine or category pages
- it is only retained in archived form
- an email notification is sent about this
Responsibility of the service provider
The service provider is obliged to:
- provide accurate data
- report data changes
- perform the annual data review
- settle the administrative fee
The operator is not responsible for the accuracy or obsolescence of data provided by service providers.
Prohibited content
Not permitted:
- providing false data
- misleading statements
- unlawful or ethically objectionable content
- damaging the reputation of another service provider
The operator reserves the right to immediately delete such listings.
Limitation of liability for the operation of the Website
The operator does not guarantee:
- the continuous availability of the Website
- error-free operation
- the completeness of information provided by service providers
The operator is not liable for any indirect damages.

The entire content of the Website is protected by copyright.
Copying of content is only permitted with the written consent of the operator.
Amendment of the Terms and Conditions
The operator is entitled to amend the Terms and Conditions unilaterally.
